Terms of Delivery

 

The submission of valid and up-to-date information during the different stages of the order allows us to get back to you and to deliver the products you have ordered flawlessly.

 

When selecting products with different delivery terms in one and the same order, the deadline for delivery is defined as the longest delivery term in the order. If you require the products which are currently on stock now, you can place two separate orders: one with the products on stock and the other with the products with delivery terms.

 

In Bulgaria the products are shipped by Interlogistica, where the price of delivery is calculated automatically upon selection of the products.

 

Outside Bulgaria the products are shipped by TNT, where the delivery price is calculated automatically upon selection of the products, type of delivery (standard or express) and the address included under delivery address (country and city).

 

The orders are processed on working days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Any orders placed after that are processed on the next working day.

 

You can track the status of your order using the number you receive from us after the payment and the e-mail address you have entered are confirmed.

Delivery

 

Art. 10. (1) The product/s, for which an order is placed, are delivered to the address given by the Client within the time specified in the basket as “general delivery term”.

 

(2) The delivery term as per p. 1 starts from the first working day following the authorization of the payment.

 

(3) The products are delivered properly packed according to their type and means of transport.

 

Submission

 

Art. 11. (1) The products are delivered to the Client or other person who is at the address specified for delivery by the Client. The person accepting the delivery confirms it by his/ her signature on behalf of the Client.

 

(2) Upon submission of the products the Client or the person as per p. 1 signs the accompanying documents.

 

(3) Upon refusal, apart from the cases as per art. 12, p. 1,  it is considered as not justified and the Client has to pay the costs for the return of the product/s. In this case the Client is indebted to indemnify Comitex for all damages and missed benefits, including all other costs apart from the costs for delivery and return of products, which have occurred as a result of the refusal.

 

(4) If during the term of delivery the Client cannot be found at the address specified in the order or access and conditions for the submission of products have not been ensured,  Comitex is free of its obligation to deliver the products. The Client may confirm his wish to receive the goods after the expiration of the delivery term during which the latter has not been found. The Client is responsible for all additional costs related to the delivery. In this case there is a new delivery term starting from the time of confirmation.

 

Art. 12. (1) The Client has the right to refuse to accept the product/s he has ordered when they have been delivered under one of the following conditions: 1. The product delivered does not correspond to the one the Client has ordered and this can be found by an ordinary check; 2. The product or its packaging has been damaged during transportation.

 

(2) Refusal to accept the product under the conditions described in the last paragraph is not acceptable after the accompanying documents, as per art. 11, p. 2, have been signed.

 

(3) After the goods have been received the Client has the right to ask for its return if there is a significant defect, which could not have been detected during a regular check.

 

(4) According to the conditions described in p. 1, p. 1, as well as a discrepancy between the goods ordered and the goods received, which could not have been detected at the time of delivery, the Client may require the delivered goods to be replaced with goods corresponding to the purchase order he has placed within 24 hours after its receipt.

 

(5) The Client has the right, without owing compensation, to give up on the signed agreement within 7 days, as per the day, following the day of the receipt. In this case the Client has to return the goods in its intact original packaging and integrity, and to cover the cost for its return with the same courier.
